What is bacterial vaginosis?
Bacterial vaginosis is a common, treatable, vaginal condition that can occur when there is an overgrowth of harmful bacteria in the vagina causing an imbalance of “good” and “harmful” bacteria in a vagina. It is most common in women ages 15-44.
Common symptoms
Symptoms of bacterial vaginosis may include:
